Web Dashboard
A companion to the mobile apps, the BowlSheet web dashboard gives coaches a full-screen view of their team in the browser. Score on your phone in the bowling center; review and manage from your laptop.
The dashboard is rolling out alongside the public release. BowlSheet is in closed beta today — get in touch if you’d like early access.
Magic-link sign-in
Sign in with a magic link sent to your email — no password to remember or reset. If you coach for more than one program, switch between organizations and teams from inside the dashboard.
Team and bowler analytics
Once your games sync, the dashboard shows live team analytics:
- Team KPIs and bowler stats — averages, high game, spare conversion, and match-play record
- Baker role aggregates by frame position (1–5)
- Filter the view by bowler, event, oil pattern, or date range
The dashboard focuses on team- and bowler-level analytics. Game-by-game frame views and per-throw quality breakdowns are scored and captured on the mobile apps today and are on the dashboard roadmap.
CSV export and import
- Export your team’s data to CSV from Exports — start a job, then download the file when it’s ready. The legacy BowlSheet format is preserved. See CSV Docs.
- Import past BowlSheet exports through the dashboard’s review flow, so historical seasons come forward without re-entry.
Organization admin
Owners and admins manage the program from the dashboard:
- Invite staff and manage members with role-based access (owner, admin, coach, assistant, analyst)
- Access to athlete data is protected by an audit log — owners and admins can review who accessed team and bowler data and when
- Manage billing and seats through Stripe — see Pricing
Bowler profiles can be kept accurate with USBC member and average lookup.
What’s on the roadmap
To stay honest about what ships today: the dashboard is read-mostly for analytics. Roster editing, single-game frame-by-frame scoresheets, score distributions, and global search are not in the dashboard yet — roster and scoring live in the mobile apps. These dashboard views are planned for upcoming releases.
