Features

BowlSheet is a competition scoring and analytics tool for serious bowling teams. Here’s what it does.

Offline Scoring

Works in any bowling center, no Wi-Fi required. Score games on iPhone, Android, or Mac without an internet connection. All data syncs automatically when you’re back online. Never lose a game because of a bad signal.

Baker Competition Support

The only scoring app built for team Baker competition. Assign bowlers to frames 1–5, record substitutions mid-game, and track Baker role stats automatically. Rolloff games are supported.

See Baker Scoring for a full breakdown.

Coach Analytics

Answer lineup, spare, and fill questions without a spreadsheet. BowlSheet tracks:

Coaches review and filter team analytics in the web dashboard by bowler, event, oil pattern, or date range. See Coach Analytics for details.

Web Dashboard for Coaches

Beyond the mobile apps, coaches get a web dashboard for the whole team: team and bowler analytics, CSV export and import review, and organization admin. Institutions get role-based access (owner, admin, coach, assistant, analyst) and an audit log of access to athlete data. Sign in with a magic link — no password to manage.

Per-Throw Capture

BowlSheet records detail on every throw as you score: ball speed, lane alternation, pocket quality, strike quality, and targeting at half-board precision. Named splits and leaves — 7-10, Big Four, Greek Church, and more — are detected automatically.

Ball Drilling and Equipment

Lay out and track equipment with BowlSheet’s ball drilling tools, including dual-angle hand-layout math. Record the gear each bowler used so you can connect equipment to results in the web dashboard.

Oil Pattern Reference

BowlSheet ships with preloaded oil-pattern reference data — PBA, NCAA, and Kegel patterns — so you can tag events with the pattern you actually bowled on. Mark up patterns and keep them with your event history.

USBC Integration

Look up USBC member and average data directly in BowlSheet to keep bowler profiles accurate.

CSV Export and Import

Export your team’s data to CSV from the web dashboard. Compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and any spreadsheet application. Your existing BowlSheet exports still work — the legacy format is preserved, and you can import past exports through the dashboard’s review flow.

See CSV Docs for the full schema reference.

Team and Season Management

Roster, events, and history in one place. Create events with location and oil pattern, manage your bowler roster, and review past seasons.
