Coach Analytics

Answer lineup, spare, and fill questions without a spreadsheet.

BowlSheet works across two surfaces. You score games and capture every throw’s detail on the mobile apps, on your phone or tablet in the bowling center. The web dashboard is where coaches review the team: bowler and Baker aggregates, filtering, and CSV export. Once your games sync, narrow your team’s analytics by bowler, event, oil pattern, or date range to get the specific data you need for lineup decisions.

What BowlSheet Tracks

Frame Averages

Per-frame contribution across all games in the selected filter. Understand which bowlers consistently produce in which frame positions — critical for Baker lineup decisions.

Spare Conversion

Spare conversion rate, shown as a percentage across all games in the selected view. Track how reliably a bowler closes frames and how that trends over a season.

Baker Role Stats

For Baker games, BowlSheet aggregates performance by frame position (1–5). See which bowlers perform best in each role across the whole season. Substitution data is handled correctly — partial-game contributions are tracked separately.

Score Averages and Highs

Game average, high game, and series totals for any bowler or event combination.

Match Play Record

Wins, losses, and ties from match play competition, tracked automatically from scored games.

Handicap

Handicap is computed from each bowler’s entering average using your league or tournament’s handicap method, so scratch and handicap results sit side by side.

Per-Throw Capture

Beyond the aggregate stats above, BowlSheet records detail on every throw as you score on your phone or tablet:

This data is recorded on device today. Deeper dashboard breakdowns of per-throw quality are on the roadmap.

Filtering

In the web dashboard, coaches can narrow team analytics by:

CSV Export

Export your team’s data to CSV from the dashboard’s Exports for deeper analysis in Excel or Google Sheets. Your existing BowlSheet CSV exports remain compatible. See CSV Docs for the full column reference.
